An international investor commissioned research into the investment potential in science parks in a number of Western European cities. The study focused on life science, given the growth potential present in that sector, especially since the Covid outbreak. The sector has grown strongly in recent years. It is a very dynamic market that is no longer characterised only by the well-known large companies, but also by start-ups and small(er) companies.
This study not only looked at new initiatives but also at good quality buildings that could be an addition to the client’s portfolio. Interviews, literature research and available statistical material were used for the study.
