Both IADP-Partners Zjak Consult and Caudata were involved in this study. Near one of the largest airports of Moscow, plans have been made to develop a business park for the Russian development agency Comstrin. Market research was carried out by Paul Jansen and Jacques van Dinteren in order to analyse the market potential of the business area and reveal target groups which could settle there. The results of the market research were conceptualized in a spatial master plan. This plan contains an economic driven urban master plan.
