Leading IADP-Partner Caudata.

As part of the business plan 2016 – 2020 of Pivot Science Park in Oss IADP-Partner Caudata was asked to write down the vision for the real estate development. An analysis of the market potential, specific requirements of companies active in the Dutch life science sector and a thorough analysis of the current real estate provided the right ingredients for the real estate development vision. Cost estimation was also part of the real estate analysis.
