Schiphol Trade Park is a showcase for the most sustainable business area of Europe, located on the west axis of the Amsterdam metropolitan region. The principles of the circular economy are fully applied to this area development. Furthermore, its distinctiveness is, among other things, realised by the high-grade management and service concept. PT Finance is responsible for the implementation of all financial aspects of the project. In addition, Rob Verhoeff, partner at IADP-Partner PT Finance, is responsible for the (temporary) management, and development and implementation of the area management.
