The Lelystad Airport Business park (LAB) is a dynamic area, with innovation and sustainability as core values. Entrepreneurs get lots of space for their businesses here. The Flight District sector is located immediately next to the airport. This area offers space for hotels, high-quality office space, and other commercial facilities. This area will have a park-like character and a campus-like set-up through the application of central facilities and meeting areas. In 2010, Rob Verhoeff, partner at PT Finance, started as the chief financial officer in the project and has been responsible as project director for the LAB area development since the end of 2014.
