IADP-Partner Kadans Science Partner developed Genmab Research & Development Center, it offers 11,250 square meters of offices, laboratories and other facilities and will be one of the first Dutch BREEAM-EXCELLENT laboratories. Genmab signed a 15-year lease for the building that is to be delivered in 2017. It is situated at a prominent location on the Utrecht Science Park.
